COMPANY BACKGROUND
Manila Power Technologies, Inc. was originally established in June 2, 1989 as Mantron Consolidated Technology. The company started out as a maintenance and sales support group composed of brothers and sisters who eventually became professional and skilled engineers who bonded together with the primary aim of supporting the needs of family members earning their way to college. Main activities before focus on backyard manufacture of appliance protection device, battery chargers , power supplies and Uninterruptible Power Supply system support .
The company expand its operation when the time came to cater to the increasing demand of the client for reliable services requiring additional manpower and investment. This made the owners of Mantron to put additional investment to incorporate the business into a new entity in December 6, 1996 and became the Mantron Industries, Inc. Most of the people behind the success of the company are in the Technical Department. Through handling different projects in electronics and electrical engineering plus training from partners abroad, the technical staff of the company became practically experienced in solving power related problems and in recommending cost effective power protection system. For being technically skilled in their field, manilapower was able to deliver and render exacting requirements of the clients with significant satisfaction. Manilapower is committed in providing excellent services and better performing products to many business in the Philippines today. Primary business is conducting Power Quality Survey and Analysis on the utility and industrial power systems. The PQ Group of manilapower provides innovative and cost wise power solutions to every power related problems of customers . Manilapower has been producing power electronics protection systems with designs standard and customized system designs are available for any industrial and commercial applications.
POWERGUARD is the main brand name that Manilapower carries for locally assembled equipment. Among the equipment that manilapower produced are ., customized Phase Control DC Power Supply or Rectifiers, Surge and Transient suppressor (TVSS), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Power On Delay (POD). Manilapower applies well-developed approaches on every process of operations involved in the creation of products to ensure quality and reliability of the product.
Partnering with respected names and groups in the power and energy industry both local and abroad plus the increasing awareness in the Power Quality issues/problems and Energy Conservation/management the owners decided to focus on providing Technical Services/Consultancies targeting highly complex institution such as the Genco , Transco , Distribution and major industrial facilities , Manila Power Technologies, Inc. evolves on June 6, 2006 concentrating on Power Quality and ESCO Services while establishing partners and tieups to support equipment sales both for PQ monitoring and PQ problems solutions .
